The Catoctin Kennel Club (CKC), located in Point of Rocks, Maryland, is pleased to offer our fully dog friendly, cost-effective facility for your members, exhibitors, and vendors. The CKC facility is centrally located south of Frederick, MD, easily accessible from the intersections of I-70 and I-270, and US-15 and US-340. Our building is located on MD-28/Clay Street a short distance from the US-15 Potomac River bridge crossing and is convenient to Northern Virginia, the Washington-Baltimore corridor and Pennsylvania.

The CKC building space consists of 12,500 square feet of useable event space, with a convenient, adjoining paved parking lot with capacity of about 25 vehicles, with an overflow lot for an additional 50 vehicles (on grass). The grass front yard area has a large, designated area reserved for exercising dogs with waste cans provided.

The facility rental includes:

Event or training area, 140 ft x 78 ft Three fully matted and gated rings Two rings approx 40 ft x 54 ft One ring approx 40 ft x 40 ft Ample crating space Full set of obedience equipment to support concurrent Open and Utility trials Rally signs and ring signs with brackets Tables (6’ and 8’ lengths) and chairs (approximately 50 folding chairs) Outer lobby area with two adjoining service rooms. Refrigerator, microwave and lunch room setup available. Utilities Included (Power,Light,Heat,A/C,Running non-potable water) Three restrooms, one adjacent to ring with 2 stalls, two in lobby (rental of portable toilet(s) may be required for larger events; source info available)
