| The Catoctin Kennel Club follows the Frederick County Public School's Snow Emergency Plan. The decision to cancel or hold classes is based solely on the decision that is made by the school system. Changes in the weather do not change this decision. | |

| Closure of School | When Frederick County schools are closed, all classes are cancelled. |
| Delayed Opening | When Frederick County schools open late, all evening classes will be held; however, morning conformation classes/run thrus will be cancelled. |
| Early Dismissal | When Frederick County schools close early, all classes are cancelled. |
| Evening Activities Cancelled | When Frederick County after school and evening activities are cancelled, all classes are cancelled. |
